2015   Purchased Coldwell Banker Commercial franchise for the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) with Sotheby’s International Realty UK business partner Chris Palmer.

2014   Purchased UK Sotheby’s International Realty with former Hamptons International partner Chris Palmer.

2012   Became business partner to friend and associate Peter de Savary, to oversee the sales and marketing of Peter's major developments on the picturesque Caribbean island of Grenada, including Port Louis Marina, Mount Cinnamon, Tufton Hall and the Grenada Beach Club.

2010   Purchased Petit St Vincent, an island in the Grenadines, successfully redeveloping the existing hotel and cottages into a 5* resort, receiving widespread acclaim in the travel press.

2007   Park Place Estate was sold for £42 million, the highest ever achieved price for a country estate in the UK at that time.

2005   Founded Capital88 to develop 88 St. James's Street and partnered with Barbados resident and hotelier Michael Pemberton, to develop the Four Seasons Resort & Private Residences in Clearwater Bay, Barbados.

2004   Sold a much-expanded Hamptons International to Wharf Holdings (Hong Kong) at a reported £45 million.

2003   General Partner in a consortium of investors that purchased Park Place in Henley on Thames.

1996   Led the consortium that purchased Hamptons International from Bristol & West, becoming CEO. The company quickly became one of the UK's leading estate agencies, winning a prestigious Sunday Times Fast Track 100 Award in 2001.

1992   Repurchased Central London offices of Barnard Marcus through Royal Life Insurance and merged these with the residential business of Cluttons.
