2004: Sold much expanded Hamptons International to Wharf Holdings (Hong Kong) for £45m.

1996: CEO, Hamptons International. Headed a consortium to acquire Hamptons from Bristol & West, to form Hamptons International and merged with Cluttons London Residential. Won Sunday Times Fast Track 100 Award in 2001.

1992: MD, Cluttons London Residential Agency. Bought Barnard Marcus Central London from Royal Life and merged with Cluttons.

1987: MD, Barnard Marcus. Acquired the business for Royal Life Insurance.

1985: MD & Equity Partner, Whitman Porter. Sold to Royal Life Insurance in 1986.
