An Introduction to Robin Paterson

Born and raised in Tanzania, Robin is a property entrepreneur with vast experience within the Residential and Leisure sectors both in the UK and Internationally. Educated at Pangbourne College in Berkshire, where he later served as a Governor for 5 years, he has also lived and worked in the Caribbean for a number of years, and has a particular love for the many projects that have taken him to Hong Kong and Singapore.

Robin has a proven track record in:

• 1. Estate Agency ‘turnarounds’ having bought, developed and sold/merged 5 well-known High Street UK brands.
• 2. Acquisition, redevelopment and disposal of ambitious projects within the Leisure sector.

When Robin is not working - currently running his International property consultancy business Robin Paterson International, he can be found spending time with his family or on the water. Robin enjoys any form of water sports, with a keen interest in sailing having owned 103ft s/y ‘Zanzibar,’ and campaigned a Farr 40 in the US and Med for a number of years.
